What is the booking process for a sports tour with Sports Travel South West?
There are three main stages in the booking process of our sports tour.
1. Once you decide where you would like to tour we will hold options on your accommodation choice for a period of time to enable you to collect your deposits. We can be fairly flexible with numbers at this stage, we understand you are not going to know your exact touring numbers until nearer the time. We will work with you and the accommodation provider to ensure flexibility.
2. We will arrange everything for you to complete your tour including meals, activities, match tickets to ensure a hassle-free process.
3. Deposit, interim payments and final balance will be discussed and agreed on initial booking.

Financial Protection for your peace of mind – is my payment protected?
The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Sports Travel South West – Membership number 5371, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:
• Non-flight packages
ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with [Member name].
