I hope all is well. We had a really great tour so thank you for all your help. In brief – The coach and driver were perfect – no issues at all and we were lucky with traffic on both main journeys. Hotel was excellent – friendly staff, good facilities and great location. Host clubs worked really well overall. The Judgement Day fixture worked really well. I was concerned two games of rugby might be too much, but people came in at different times to suit themselves and the closeness to everything helped. Your suggestion of bowling was very helpful and gave us all a chance to regroup for a couple of hours.

So all in all everything went well; thank-you once again. If I get any further feedback from the age group I will let you know. Next year we are thinking we may go further afield – not sure exactly where but we will be in touch.

Just to say what an epic Tour that was, one of the very best we’ve been on! Thanks for all your amazing help and advice, would not have worked half as well without your assistance. The host club was fab, lovely club, real social bunch!

Bath game was amazing, highlight of the Tour, boys even met most of the players after for selfies etc! Thanks again and I’m sure we will be in touch next year if we need a tour down your way, we were thinking Wales maybe!

Thank you for your email and I apologise for late reply …..but I think I am still recovering lol.

From the outset of the arrangements for the tour, I felt I had messed you about so much with tourists in and tourists out but I feel you dealt with this in a very professional way, I thank you for that.

Your service was exceptional and everything went so well without a issue all weekend. John the driver was brilliant. He did whatever we asked him to and always made a point of talking to me as to what we wanted and always kept me posted about times etc. The coach was awesome, bit empty lol…… but made it very comfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel you couldn’t ask for a better welcoming. Always put themselves out to try and be helpful – a place I would always go back to without a second thought. The food, the staff and the situation was brilliant.

I know in the near future when we arrange another tour we will be using your company and hopefully you will be our organiser.

Yes, I can confirm that we all had a fantastic time, with all of the players saying that it was the best rugby tour that they have ever been on. This is quite a compliment, as they have been on at least 7. The hotel was great, especially as the staff did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. In fact, the owner commented that she was extremely impressed by the good behaviour and manners of our squad, and that we were a pleasure to have stay.

Chris, the coach driver was also very good. He was great with the kids and also commented on the great behaviour of the players. Our fixtures versus Newquay and St Austell were very good, with both clubs making us extremely welcome. Obviously, the weather had a big impact on the tour, but I would like to thank you for all your help in ensuring our tour went so smoothly.

I will most certainly be recommending your company to other age groups at Lincoln Rugby Club as an option for their future tours. Please let me know if you would like any photos from our tour for your website.

Thank you for all your efforts and perseverance organising our Tour: the weather was chilly but dry all weekend. We won every match. The kids (and adults!) had an amazing time. Everything ran like clockwork to perfection.

ZaZa Bazar – as you predicted – was a great hit and the perfect way to start off the weekend. The hotel was very accommodating, a lovely building, we had free use of ‘the chapel’ on both nights, very imposing.

Frampton Cotterell RFC – a fantastic little club, amazing hospitality and a relationship forged there I think. Airhop – perfect distraction, even some adults got involved. Not too busy either.

Bristol Bears game – great seats, right result, Harry Thacker came to see us for photos.

SMOB Festival – again won all of our matches in some spirited encounters.

Coach Driver was superb, got great parking spaces every where we went.

Everybody buzzing when we eventually got back to Market Harborough.

Dear Nicola – we are safely back after an absolutely outstanding weekend. Best tour so far. Very tired boys (and dads), but they went undefeated all weekend which just added to the enjoyment.

The Hotel was more than fine (very comfortable and helpful) and the restaurants were spot on.

The Festival was a very good standard. Well run and competitive and they are a friendly bunch at Warriors. Stow rugby club were great too and super hospitable.

Thank you so much – your help and organisation has been outstanding.

Finally – Rob (who drove us last year too) – is an absolute superstar. He really became part of the party. Top bloke.

Well, what can I say – I speak on behalf of the whole 54 of us at Bicester Rugby Club U16s to say thank you so much for so slickly organising us all – what a fantastic weekend we all had!

Everything went like clockwork. Yatton were fantastic hosts and we would be more than happy to host them if they wanted to venture to Oxfordshire in the near future. Even the weather was kinder to us than we were expecting it to be!

The boys really enjoyed their time at Bath. Kris, our driver, was an absolute star and ran with the typical rugby banter without batting an eyelid – he gave as good as he got and was really good company!

Just a quick note to THANK YOU for organising such a successful tour this year. All aspects ran extremely well. The paintball and rugby skills session were excellent, hotel good standard and the coach driver helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was a great recommendation for our group, the boys thought it was amazing.

Unfortunately due to the activities as mentioned above and the late night on Saturday we were far from our best and didn’t do ourselves credit at the rugby however the club was very friendly and hospitable, just 15 minutes from the Rec we arrived in time to watch Bath v Gloucester. All boys and parents very tired on the return journey last night.

Thank you very much for another great tour. The hotel was in a great position for the lads to explore the nightlife. The coach driver was excellent, very laid back and patient, could you pass on our thanks to the company. The Gloucester game was very wet but we made the most of it. Both host clubs were friendly and hospitable and gave us a good run out.

Everyone had a great time so thank you all for helping with everything.

Thank you for all your hard work in organising the Tour.  Everyone had a great time.  I’ve seen footage of my husband doing air guitar with Tony, the coach driver!!  Leicester Tigers we’re very welcoming and made us feel special. Lutterworth the host club were also lovely fed both players and parents. Curry house was fabulous, so much choice and Alton Towers worked well, the team loved it!

The tour was great, thank you very much. Everything ran very smoothly, with the added bonus of our games being very evenly matched in terms of ability.
We got to the Friday match in good time, as we did for the paintballing and bowling. I would recommend the tour to other age groups and your management of the tour has been fantastic.
On that note, I want to say thank you from all of us who toured!

All of it was a great .The team on Friday night were excellent and played great rugby. Really well received in the clubhouse afterwards etc.
Coach driver was great and a really nice chap and great driver.
Friday night game , everyone felt really well looked after and very well received including the parents.
White water rafting was a huge success even some of the parents who have done it before said it was a really well setup and great way to spend a few hours. There expectations were exceeded and all enjoyed it. The all you can eat buffet was amazing..
Saturday night match at the Cardiff Blues, they had great tickets, and all enjoyed the atmosphere – everyone felt really well looked after.
Stopping for a game of Ten pin bowling on the way home was a great idea and broke the day up a little more for them all.
I have to say that the tour would not have been as successful without your help and guidance. Your experience was very obvious, and you dealt with my daft and sensible questions in a professional, courteous manner at all times. The whole process from start to finish was hassle free and made my life from the club’s point of view easy and seamless.
I can’t thank you enough for helping to make some amazing memories for these young men who will never forget their Rugby tour.
I would highly recommend you to anyone who is thinking of organising any sort of sporting tour for any team in any sport.

Well we are home from a fantastic and successful tour!! Just wanted to send my thanks to yourself for organising the tour for us. I just also compliment the driver. He was so good, smart, funny and professional – please send our thanks onto him and the company he works for. Coach was comfy and always clean! All activities went smoothly, hotel was super too! Once again, thank you so so much! We have a very happy party of children (and adults!!)

Just wanted to say on behalf of all the players and their families thank you for helping us to organise a brilliant weekend. Feedback from everyone so far has been amazing and it seems everyone had a great time. As a bit of a Minis Tour veteran I have to say it was one of the best we have been on – and that’s not being biased! The holiday park staff were fantastic – really helpful and the 90s entertainment programme on the Saturday night went down a storm. Really appreciate them making the changes for us – and they joined in the fun! The rugby on Sunday was great – just the right amount of game time. Huge thanks to the club for hosting us and laying on refreshments etc. And particular thanks to Terry, for arranging the fixtures and organising the medals. And the sun shone (nearly) all weekend!

Thank you so much for organising a fantastic time for the under 15 team. Stockwood Park were great hosts, the hotel was spotless and breakfast great. Tottenham Stadium was brilliant and to top it off we won the U15 Plate Final!! All fabulously chauffeured by Gary! Thanks again.

I think we have all recovered thank you. The weekend was fantastic and enjoyed by everyone. The accommodation was brilliant, was exactly what was needed. The site couldn’t be more accommodating if they tried. We were able to have a communal area next to the venue for our bbq on Saturday evening and the kids loved the entertainment (so did the adults). The match against St Austell went really well and they were fantastic hosts. Penryn, likewise who couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel welcome. We felt terrible that we couldn’t stay any longer due to the bus having other jobs after ours so had to leave in a hurry straight after our final game. Please pass on our apologies to them if you have the opportunity. Thank you for organising our tour, as I said it was fantastic.

Just wanted to thank you on behalf of the Tetbury girls under 14s team for the help organising their tour to Cardiff.

It was a resounding success and enjoyed by all. It was a chance for the parents new to the club and old members to catch up and get to know each other. The girls were able to find out more about each other not just at training and on the pitch.

The hotel was perfectly positioned for all our activities, the staff were very welcoming. The trip to Barry Island was a success and we managed a match on the beach with another touring U14 boys team. The restaurant on Saturday was perfect, the food, service and atmosphere was great. We were next to the other boys team which the girls were happy about!
The match on Sunday was brilliant and the host club were very accommodating.

All in all a great weekend. Thank you so much for all your hard work in putting it all together.

This was the first time we had ever used Sports Travel South West so we were a little apprehensive as to what the tour would be like! But from the very first time we made contact with Nicola we were immediately put at ease, we asked for a tour to Belgium over the Easter holidays.

Nicola arranged everything and kept us updated on a regular basis, we stayed in Antwerp and were given a choice of hotels to stay in. The Hotel we chose was located just on the outskirts of the centre and was a short walk from lots of cafés, restaurants and bars and made a great base to explore Antwerp. As well as a great location it was also of a very good standard and the breakfasts kept everyone happy.

Sports Travel South West arranged a fixture and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts as we were made to feel very welcome by them, we even got to take part in a veterans game later on in the evening which made it an absolutely fantastic day.

We travelled with Barnes coaches who again were absolutely fantastic from the start, driver changeovers were seamless, the coach was virtually new and our driver was a lovely addition to our tour, we couldn’t have asked for a better service.

We will definitely be using Sports Travel South West again and I can honestly say it was one of the best organised tours we have ever been on.Thanks again Sports Travel South West from Nuneaton RFC Colts

The tour was a fantastic success from having dinner in our club together before we left for Bath so when we got home.

The YMCA accommodation was perfect. We had no issues at all, and no complaints about us from any of the other guests which is always a bonus, we used the large room beside the canteen as a courtroom to do our kangaroo court and fines for parents and players, we also use it as a Dancefloor and bar.

The Coach Driver was a lovely guy. I think he had more fun than we did. He enjoyed watching the boys play rugby and because we had a couple of dropouts on Tours we gave him a ticket to the. Which she thoroughly enjoyed.

The two teams we played Bath juniors was great fun I highly recommend trying to organize future fixtures for your tourists. Going forward a lovely atmosphere a lovely club a lovely people. Chippenham again much the same lovely people lovely club food was lovely and a great atmosphere

Everything was great and Cleve were especially Great hosts and guess what the flag pageantry at the Bath game was a great hit ! Everyone loved it so the stress with that was worth it 😂.

Thank you for organising such a great tour to Bournemouth. Both Salisbury and Swanage were very welcoming hosts, and there was some excellent rugby played throughout the trip. The Hampton by Hilton was a fantastic hotel — the rooms, beds, and breakfast were all of a very high standard, and the location was excellent too. It was also just a short walk to Cosmos, which the whole team enjoyed and offered great value for money. The coach was clean and comfortable, and it was a real bonus that the air conditioning worked well.
