Leinster the champions last season beating Scarlets 40-32 in the final at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin, start their campaign v Cardiff Blues at Cardiff Arms Park on the Friday evening

How will the Scarlets get on without their star man Sam Warburton. He was capped 74 times by Wales and a further five by the British & Irish Lions, Warburton led his country for a record 49 times. As we all know he was forced to retire over the summer due to injury.

Also Billy Burns the former Gloucester Boy signs a 2 year deal with Ulster Rugby. The 24-year-old has now made over 100 senior appearances for the Cherry and Whites. He played 29 times last season, including 24 starts. We wish him the best of luck.

As we all know the Pro 14 is split into a Conference System – The team line-ups for the Guinness PRO14 Conferences will remain unchanged for the upcoming season to ensure a balance of fixtures for all teams across the initial two seasons following expansion.
