SAMPLE ITINERARY

This is a guide and can be amended to suit your team’s personal requirements

Friday

Morning – Coach departs your local rugby club for the journey to Cornwall stopping en-route for lunchtime refreshments.

Afternoon – Check into your accommodation for 2 or 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis. Rest of the day to explore Cornwall’s premier resort.

Saturday

8.00 to 9am  – Breakfast

Morning – at leisure, opportunity to participate in an activity. Surfing is popular in Cornwall, other options include paintballing, coasteering, zorbing, karting (optional extra) Depart for local rugby club.

MATCH DAY

After-match hospitality in the clubhouse

Evening -Coach returns to Newquay at suitable time. Rest of the evening at leisure to continue enjoying the nightlife the seaside resort has to offer!

Sunday

8.00 to 9am Full English Breakfast

9.30am Check out of accommodation

MATCH DAY

After socialising with the host club, commence the return journey. Arrive home having had an enjoyable tour.

Just wanted to say thanks for arranging this tour for us. All the lads had a great time. Especially at St Austell. It was quite an experience playing in that game, with our chairman saying it’s the funniest game he’d ever seen. I hope we weren’t too much trouble in the club house. I know we got some of the St Austell lads involved in some drinking games, and the ale festival was fab – Croydon Seniors RFC.

I just wanted to say “thank you” for your help in arranging our 2015 Tour. All the boys and indeed their parents, had a fantastic time. The whole thing went like clockwork . Truro in particular were very welcoming and even organised some fun games for the kids after the matches – Newton Abbot Under 14’s
