A party of 16 travelled from Hertfordshire to the South Coast. On the way to Eastbourne, where they stayed in a hotel, close to the sea front, they played Crawley cricket club. The following day they played Sidley before returning to Bishops Stortford on the Thursday, after enjoying a round of golf
